Opened in 2014 our Auburn Hills location is Shannon’s largest manufacturing facility at 180,000 square feet. It is equipped to perform all necessary operations of fastener manufacturing including cold forming, pointing, thread rolling and heat treatment.

Shannon’s newest manufacturing facility, Holly Manufacturing, opened on March 17th, 2023 – St. Patrick’s Day! Located directly across the causeway from Shannon’s Holly Distribution Center, this 170,000 square foot manufacturing facility will include some the newest cold forming technology in North America. Holly Manufacturing also houses operations such as thread rolling and heat treatment.

Opened in 2011, the Madison Heights Distribution & Technical Center is 115,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest technology for high-speed inspection into final packaging. This facility also is home to our fully accredited A2LA laboratory which is capable of fatigue testing, prevailing torque and torque tension testing, ultrasonic testing, Rockwell and Microhardness testing and is available for use by our Customers.

Shannon’s newest distribution center is located in Shannon’s 100-acre industrial park. The 75,000 square foot facility opened in 2017 and is designed to be expanded to 150,000 square feet. The plant is equipped with state-of-the-art high-speed inspection equipment capable to inspect and package 100% of our product into the final container.
